End-to-End Recruitment Process

Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple branches, from high-volume frontline and housekeeping staffing to strategic managerial placements for Club Managers. I specialize in building efficient talent pipelines and data-driven ecosystems that ensure the right fit for every organizational level.

Phase 1: Multi-Branch Strategic Sourcing

As part of a national recruitment team managing 13 branches across Indonesia, I am specifically entrusted to handle talent pipelines for Bandung, Surabaya, and Semarang. Using premium portals like Seek ( Jobstreet), I source and filter a high volume of applicants, ensuring each branch is staffed with qualified talent—from operational roles to strategic Club Manager placements.

Phase 2: Digital Database & Behavioral Assessment

I transform raw applicant data into a structured digital ecosystem. Using a combination of Recruitment Trackers and Google Drive, I ensure every candidate’s journey is documented—from initial CV screening to their DiSC Personality Profile. This data-driven approach allows the team to make objective hiring decisions based on both skill and character fit.

Phase 3: Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement

I am responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of the interview process. This includes professional scheduling via Google Calendar and maintaining high-quality communication with candidates through various channels. By ensuring timely updates and clear instructions, I aim to provide a seamless and positive candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.

Phase 4: Interview Leadership & Digital Evaluation

I take a proactive role in the selection stage by leading interviews for diverse positions. To enhance objectivity, I developed a customized evaluation system using WP Forms to standardize candidate scoring. This digital approach allows for real-time data capture and comprehensive reporting, ensuring that every hiring recommendation is based on consistent and measurable metrics.

Phase 5: Candidate Decision & Final Outcome

In the final phase, I facilitate the transition from candidate to employee by delivering official offers through efficient communication channels. I manage the distribution of Offering Letters via professional WhatsApp communication to ensure quick response times and a smooth onboarding experience. Furthermore, I ensure all applicants receive a professional conclusion by sending Rejection Letters, maintaining the company’s reputation for transparency and respect.
